Taylor joins Posh for an initial £500,000 with the potential to rise to £1 million with add-ons.

The 21-year-old was a member of Chelsea’s youth academy from 2005 until 2012, when he and his brother Harry joined the Bees.

The younger of the two siblings, he graduated from the youth system in the summer of 2016, soon going on loan to National League South outfit Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Taylor has since made 127 appearances for Barnet, netting 16 goals and registering 26 assists and he has also earned caps for the Republic of Ireland at under-21 level.
