Experienced
midfielder Danny Waldren (pictured) is a familiar face to Tamplin from his Billericay Town
days.
The
30-year-old signed for Welling in September from the Essex outfit, having made
the reverse journey in May 2017.
He
made his debut for Croydon Athletic in 2005 aged just 16. By the time he had
reached 100 appearances, he was captain and skippered the side to the Isthmian
South title in 2009/10.
In
June 2011, he moved on to then-National League South side Bromley and as
captain, he lifted the London Senior Cup in 2013 and crowned a four-year spell
with the Ravens by winning the 2014/15 National League South title.
In
June 2015, he dropped down to the Isthmian Premier and made 66 appearances in a
single season with Dulwich Hamlet before signing for the Wings in the summer of
2016.
Ejiro
Okosieme is a 25-year-old centre-back who signed for Welling in July.
The
Anglo-Nigerian began his career with Championship side Middlesbrough and played
for their under-18 and under-21 teams.
To
enhance his chances of playing first-team football, he was loaned out to
Northern League side Billingham Synthonia and Northern Premier outfit
Workington AFC.
After
being released by Boro he signed for then-Isthmian Premier side Billericay
before quickly switching to Bishop’s Stortford in August 2015.
After
a year with the Blues, he moved to then-Isthmian South side Chatham Town and
was offered a route back up the Pyramid by then-National League Macclesfield
Town in February 2017.
He
moved back south to Dover Athletic in October 2017 and then switched to
Braintree Town in November 2018.
