Coming
in from Southern Combination League Premier Division side Newhaven is 20-year-old
striker Mo Diallo.
Guinea-born,
Diallo (pictured) started out on Arsenal`s books before leaving the Gunners to join Stoke
City`s under-18s in July 2016.
He
progressed to the Potters` under-23 side before being released from the
Britannia Stadium and moving to Sussex where he joined Bognor`s league rivals
Lewes in February 2019.
He
signed for Newhaven last summer.
The
Rocks have also signed defender Matt Casey on loan from SkyBet League One side
Portsmouth.
Casey
has played three times for Pompey in total - all in last season's Checkatrade
Trophy which eventually ended in triumph at Wembley.
The
20-year-old is no stranger to non-League football, however, having had loan
spells with Weymouth, Gosport Borough twice, Basingstoke Town and, earlier this
season, Southern League Premier Division South outfit Gosport Borough. |
