The 25-year-old had only joined Marlow in December and played just three times after arriving from National League South outfit Welling United.

His last game was on December 28th at Chalfont St Peter when he received an injury and during his time on the treatment table, Marlow received a seven-day approach from Cambridge

Nwachuku came through youth ranks at both Reading and Colchester United before embarking on a four-year spell with Coggeshall, being a member of the side that won the 2018/19 Thurlow Nunn League and promotion to the Isthmian North.

He scored 101 goals in his first 100 appearances for the SeedGrowers including 44 in just 34 appearances during the 2016/17 campaign.

He had scored 7 goals in 8 league and cup games for Coggeshall prior to his move to Welling in October 2019.
