Marsh-Brown is a young coach and has been given an opportunity by new Eagles manager Mark Duckett to start to build on that career path.

The 35-year-old joined Marlow in November 2019 having previously held a player-coach role at Southern Premier Division Central outfit Biggleswade Town under Lee Allinson.

The three-times capped Guyana international started his career with Fisher Athletic and appeared 3 times for Macclesfield Town in the League.

A well-travelled career has also taken in stops of varying length with Welling United, Folkestone Invicta, Crawley Town, Maidenhead United, Bath City, Staines Town, Harrow Borough, Northwood, Wingate & Finchley, Aylesbury United, Lewes, Metropolitan Police, Bedford, Farnborough, St Neots Town and Whitehawk.

He joined Biggleswade in July 2019.
