The
34-year-old has not featured extensively for Basford during this campaign and
the move is an opportunity to gain match fitness.
Hearn
finished the 2018/19 season as Basford`s joint caretaker-manager of before
being appointed as player/assistant-manager in May 2019.
He
started out with the likes of Hucknall Town, Eastwood Town, Quorn and Chasetown
but really came to the fore when he signed for Alfreton Town in September 2008
and his 65 goals in 94 games helped the Reds to promotion to the Conference
Premier, earned him and England C cap and a move to League Two side Grimsby
Town in June 2011.
He
scored 33 goals in 61 matches for the Mariners and then had spells with
Mansfield Town and Lincoln City before returning to non-League football with
Ilkeston in March 2016.
He
had a second stint at Alfreton in 2016/17 and then joined Basford in May 2017. |
