The 26-year-old originally joined the Railwaymen at the beginning of the 2017/18 season from local side Berinsfield where he had an incredible goalscoring record.

He had a previous taste of Southern League football with Beaconsfield SYCOB back in 2010/11 before deciding to play locally.

After scoring 6 goals in 26 appearances for Didcot last season, Murphy picked up a nasty knee injury at the back end of the campaign which halted his return to the club.

He is now back to fitness and Didcot were delighted to re-sign him.
