Midfielder
Keano Deacon and Matty Williams have both moved to the Butcher`s Arms.
The
23-year-old came through the ranks at SkyBet League One side Fleetwood Town and
made a handful of first team appearances before being released in February 2017
to join NPL Premier Division outfit Stalybridge Celtic on a permanent basis.
Deacon (pictured) now returns north after being on the books at London Lions and Farnborough
since moving south in 2017.
He
then signed for Isthmian League South East side Burgess Hill Town in November
2018.
Williams
is a 22-year-old right-sided defender who signed for the Bloods league rivals
and neighbours Mossley AFC in November 2019 from Northern Premier side Radcliffe.
The
locally-based player also began his career with Fleetwood, where he was a
team-mate of Deacon`s - and since being released by the Cod Army in 2018 he has
been on Boro`s books. |
