Foresters Bring in Bower
Defender Matt Bower has signed for BetVictor Southern League Division One South club Cinderford Town.

The 21-year-old recently left Vanarama National League South side Bath City by mutual consent.

 

A 6`5” left-sided centre-half, who was released by SkyBet League Two side Cheltenham Town and joined Bath in June 2019, having gained experience at National League South level with Weston-super-mare in 2018/19.

 

A product of the academy system at Cheltenham, Bower made his League debut away at Carlisle United in August 2017 and made two other senior appearances.

 

As well as his spell at the Woodspring Stadium, he was also loaned out to the Foresters` league rivals Cirencester Town in March 2016 where he played 10 times.

 

He was more recently on loan at Southern Premier Central outfit Stratford Town from October 2019.
