The
33-year-old arrived at Victoria Park during the summer following his release
from SkyBet League Two outfit Carlisle United and he has made 20 appearances in
all competitions, scoring twice.
However,
he has not started a league game since the early part of October and Pools`
boss Dave Challinor is keen for him to get some more regular football under his
belt.
Kennedy
signed for Pools in July 2019.
He
began his career with Middlesbrough where he emerged from the academy to play a
handful of games in the Premier League before establishing himself as one of
the most sought-after midfielders in the lower divisions.
A
loan move to Darlington in 2008 was turned permanent and he played over 50
games for the Quakers before securing a move to Rochdale where he made another
200 appearances.
His
next destination was Bradford City where he spent a couple of seasons before
putting down some roots in Carlisle United in 2015.
He
became a fans’ favourite in Cumbria and made more than 100 appearances before
his departure at the end of last term.
