Midfielder Liam Tongue and goalkeeper Elliot Wynne are the latest to put pen-to-paper for Celtic.

Twenty-year-old Tongue will be a familiar face from last season after he was signed by former boss Steve Burr after impressing during the last pre-season.

Hyde-based Tongue began his career at Stockport Georgians, moving to Cheadle Town where he won the players' player of the year award in 2016.

Has also had a spell with Mossley AFC before moving on to Bower Fold.

However, after not getting the game time he wanted, he left in October 2017 and joined league rivals Marine AFC where he was utilised in a number of positions such as left-back, right-back, central midfield and mainly left wing.

He scored 10 goals for the Mariners in 32 games.

Nineteen-year-old Wynne joins Stalybridge after finishing last season with another league rival, Lancaster City.

Wynne started his career in the youth set-up at Fleetwood Town before joining the Cod Army`s Vanarama National League neighbours AFC Fylde last season.

During the last term, he had spells at Abbey Hey, Glossop North End and eventually the Dolly Blues.
