Darby Digs Deep Into His Contacts Book
Duane Darby, manager of BetVictor Southern League Premier Division bottom-markers Redditch United, has made several signings in recent days.

Forward Alex Yearwood (pictured) has spent the majority of his footballing years with the likes of Spartan South Midlands League side Leverstock Green, Broadfields United and Harpenden Town.

 

However, the 24-year-old has also served East Thurrock United, St Albans City, Daventry Town and Staines Town.

 

Midfielder Jelson Antonio, 22, is a former Kidderminster Harriers academy graduate who has also been with Chasetown and spent time on loan to Pershore Town.

 

Joel Whittingham is a left back from Total Motion Midland League Premier Division side Lye Town.

 

The 20-year-old was involved in the youth set-up at Wolverhampton Wanderers and spent time with Welsh League side Port Talbot Town whilst attending University of South Wales.

 

He had spells with Sporting Khalsa and Dudley Town before signing for Lye in the summer of 2019.

 

Lance Moyo is a Zimbabwe Youth international right back who joins the Reds from Northern Premier League Division One South East side Market Drayton Town.

 

The 21-year-old signed for Drayton in October 2019 having previously been with North Ferriby United and Mansfield Town.

 

Reinaldo Forbes is a quick and tricky forward who was originally on the books at Walsall.

 

The 20-year-old played in the NPL Division One North East with Newcastle Town last season after joining from Coleshill Town and has also played for Kidderminster Harriers, Chelmsley Town and Brocton.

 

Another forward recruit is Wesley Iroegbu, who joins from Spartan South Midlands League Division One side Milton Keynes Robins.

 

The 23-year-old has previous experience with Leverstock Green, New Bradwell St Peter and Arlesey Town.
