Baggies Youngster Loaned to `Church

BetVictor Southern League Premier Division Central relegation-battlers Alvechurch have brought in youngster Eoin Ashton on a month`s loan from SkyBet Championship high-flyers West Bromwich Albion.

An exciting, attacking midfielder, Ashton wasn`t signed in time to feature in Tuesday`s night`s 2-0 defeat to Tamworth but should be ready for Saturday’s fixture at Peterborough Sports.

Ashton has featured regularly in Albion’s under-18s squad and possesses an ability to score and create goals.

Ashton, who joined the Baggies at the age of 14, has just returned from a month`s loan with Northern Premier league Division One North West outfit Widnes.
