Thompson Signs New Truro Deal
Niall Thompson has put pen-to-paper on a new deal with Vanarama National League South club Truro City.

The winger or striker joined the club on a permanent basis in the summer of 2016 having previously enjoyed a successful loan spell at Treyew Road.

 

Thompson is a popular figure whose former clubs include Hucknall Town, Sheffield FC, Mickleover Sports and Torquay United, from where he was loaned to the White Tigers in 2014/15.

 

Thompson told the club`s website: "I am pleased that everything is sorted, and I can focus on the new season.

 

"We did really well last season and the aim is to build upon that.

 

"There is a good club to be at; there's a tremendous spirit amongst the players and our fans are some of the most loyal around".
