Matthews and Michno were manager and coach respectively of Hellenic League Division One East side Didcot Town Development.

In addition, former Bicester Town boss Eddie Nix has been appointed as Ardley`s director of football.

Adey (pictured) resigned from his position on February 2nd, stating that the club had not been able to put the necessary structure in place to compete at the level.

He left Ardley on a high after stepping down in the wake of a 1-0 win at Virginia Water – a result which lifted them to third bottom in the table.
