The Spitfires have signed England C international Alex Wynter and Joe Jones, who are both 24 years-old.
Wynter joins from league rivals Maidstone United whilst Jones arrives at the Silverlake Stadium from now National League South side Woking.
Wynter started his career at Crystal Palace, progressing through the youth ranks to earn a professional deal.
During his latter years at Selhurst Park, he went on loan to Eastbourne Borough, Sutton United, Colchester United and Portsmouth.
In January 2015, he made a permanent switch to Colchester – initially on an eighteen-month deal – and went on to make 54 appearances across two-and-a-half seasons.
Versatile defender Jones joined Woking from Yeovil Town in July 2014.
Jones, a product of Leicester City’s youth academy, spent time on loan at Kingfield in 2013/14, clearly impressing then-manager Garry Hill as he made 17 appearances.
Originally a defender, Jones can also play in midfield and went on to make over 150 appearances for the Cards.
Both players have put pen-to-paper on one-year deals.
Eastleigh manager Andy Hessenthaler was delighted with securing the services of the two youngsters, telling his club`s official website: “My remit over the summer was to bring the average age of the squad down and that is exactly what I have managed to achieve. The players we are signing, all have bright futures and hopefully that lies with Eastleigh Football Club.
“The chairman and the other directors have been excellent this week in allowing me to make further signings. I am fully aware of how tight the budget is to bring in any further signings and they have allowed me to do so, I am really pleased to get these over the line”.
