Claridge Brings in Second Signing of the Week
Steve Claridge, manager of BetVictor Southern League Premier Division South club Salisbury, has added Owen Taylor to his squad.

Having brought in youngster Joe Willis on `work experience` from SkyBet League Two side Walsall yesterday, Claridge has now signed 18-year-old Taylor, who has been turning out for Cardiff Metropolitan University`s side in the Cymru Premier.

 

Taylor came through the ranks at League Two Newport County and made his to first team debut in November 2017 in an EFL Trophy group stage match against Cheltenham Town.

 

He was released by Newport at the end of the 2018/19 season whereupon he decided to study and play for his university side.
