Saints Move for Dean

Forward John Dean has signed for BetVictor Southern League Premier Division Central relegation battlers St Ives Town.

The 26-year-old moves to the ProEdge from Northern Premier League Division One South East side Wisbech Town, who he joined just before Christmas 2019.

He originally joined Southern Premier Central club AFC Rushden & Diamonds on dual-registration terms with Desborough Town of the United Counties League in October 2017.

After focussing on the cup exploits of Ar Tarn he became a regular member of the Diamonds squad early in 2018 before re-joining home-town club Corby Town in July 2019.
