BetVictor Southern League Division One Central play-off hopefuls Welwyn Garden City have added a new forward to their ranks.

Manager Nicky Ironton has signed Hani Berchiche from Isthmian League South Central side Chalfont St Peter, for whom he scored 4 goals in 9 games.

 

The 21-year-old signed for the Saints in October 2019 from Southern Premier Division South outfit Metropolitan Police, where he had been since the summer in July 2019.

 

A forward with an eye for goal, he spent time playing in the USA with Newman University Jets before returning to the UK and playing for Edgware Town and Wembley.

 

He scored on his debut in Tuesday night`s 4-2 win over Kempston Rovers.
