The
move will allow Sheringham the opportunity to play on a more regular basis and
stay match fit.
The
31-year-old originally signed for the Darts in June 2010 from Bishop`s
Stortford and then re-joined in August 2018.
The
son of former England international Teddy, he enjoyed a hugely prolific first
spell with the Darts, finding the net 34 times in 56 appearances during
2010/11.
He
came through the youth ranks at Tottenham Hotspur and Ipswich Town and has
since gone onto play for the likes of Cambridge City, Welling United, Bishop`s
Stortford, AFC Bournemouth, AFC Wimbledon and Ebbsfleet United.
He
spent part of the 2017/18 season with Hemel Hempstead Town after enjoying a
spell in Bangladesh with Saif Sporting club, where he scored 6 times in 10
appearances. |
