The
experienced 30-year-old frontman and Gibraltar international was recently
released by Vanarama National League North side Hereford FC.
Styche,
who arrived at Edgar Street from league rivals Alfreton Town in the summer,
featured 23 times for the Bulls this season, scoring 4 goals.
He
joined Alfreton from another National League North rival, Darlington, for an
undisclosed fee in October 2018. He had signed for the Quakers in November
2017.
He
began his career at Hednesford Town going on to have spells at Grantham Town,
Coalville Town, Shepshed Dynamo and Chasetown.
His
goalscoring record came into fruition at Forest Green Rovers where he scored 35
goals in 108 appearances between 2010 and 2014.
Further
spells at Wycombe Wanderers and Kidderminster Harriers followed as well as
Macclesfield Town and Gateshead.
He
was then loaned to Nuneaton Borough during the 2016/17 season before moving to
Tamworth in the summer of 2017 ahead of the 2017/18 campaign, where he scored
10 goals.
A
switch to Darlington came in November of the same season, and he went on to
finish the 2017/18 campaign with 21 league goals.
Styche
made his debut off the bench in Sporting`s surprise 2-1 home defeat to Hitchin
Town. |
