The former Walsall, Kidderminster Harriers, York City, Stourbridge, AFC Telford United, Halesowen Town, Redditch United and Hednesford Town midfielder joined the Moatmen in August.

The low points tally of 15 and the last two performances have led the Gresley Board to act with the team currently occupying third-bottom spot.

Chairman Mark Alflat announced that director of football and former manager Gary Norton will take charge of the first team whilst options going forward are considered.

Alflat told https://www.gresleyfc.com: "I want to thank Dave for his efforts and wish him well for the future but given our situation a change in approach is required".
