The
26-year-old joined the Minstermen in May 2018 after leaving Gateshead.
Originally
from Leicester, he started his career at Nuneaton Borough and won promotion
from National League North during his three years at the club.
He
joined Wrexham in the summer of 2014 and scored 13 goals in 82 appearances over
the next two seasons.
He
signed for Gateshead in the summer of 2016 and scored 17 goals in 72 league
appearances.
York
has made one start for City this term, in the early Emirates FA Cup qualifier
against Irlam and has also made 6 appearances from the bench – most recently
coming on in the 1-1 draw against Curzon Ashton on Saturday.
He
returns to the Northamptonshire outfit having been on loan at St James`s Park
from October 2019 until January 2020 where he was a regular for Kevin Wilkin`s
side.
