Toomey, who re-unites with brother Lewis at Broadwater.
The
24-year-old defender or midfielder re-joins Berko from Southern League Premier
Division South side Hayes & Yeading United, who he returned to in March
2019 from Berkhamsted having originally signed for United in November 2016 from
then fellow Southern Premier side Kings Langley for whom he had made in excess
of 125 appearances.
He
started out in the Kings youth ranks before moving to Berko, playing a handful
of first team games for them in 2011/12 before returning to Kings Langley the
following season.
He
started 21 games for Hayes & Yeading in 2016/17 but departed before the end
of the season to take a break from the game.
He
returned to playing at the start of the 2018/19 campaign with Chesham United
before switching back to Berkhamsted in October 2018.

returnee is defender or midfielder Manny Folarin (pictured).
The
28-year-old signed for Vanarama National League South side Braintree Town in
the summer of 2019 from Isthmian League North neighbours Coggeshall Town.
He
has also had spells with Holmesdale, Tilbury, Hemel Hempstead Town, Kings
Langley and Hayes & Yeading as well as Berko, where he made 18 appearances
last season, scoring one goal. |
