The
29-year-old joined National League side Solihull Moors in September 2019 after
leaving National League South outfit Billericay Town, who he had joined in July
2019 after being released by SkyBet League Two side Forest Green Rovers at the
end of his contract in May 2019.
His
last appearance for Forest Green came against Tranmere Rovers in the play-off
semi-final first leg where he was sent-off in the first half.
The
Dublin-born centre-back played 67 times during an 18-month spell with Rovers,
scoring twice.
After
starting out with Crumlin United in his homeland, he moved to England with
Blackburn Rovers in February 2006.
He
had loan spells with Tranmere Rovers, Rotherham United, Bury and Motherwell
before being released by Rovers without making a senior appearance at the end
of the 2010/11 season.
He
signed for Dundee United in July 2011 and went on to make 83 appearances and
was named on the PFA Scotland team of the year for 2011/12.
He
left for Birmingham City in 2014 and had a brief spell with Oldham Athletic
before re-joining Dundee United in October 2015.
Spells
with Greenock Morton, Grimsby Town and Port Vale followed before he joined
Forest Green. |
