Mullings made 25 appearances for the Shots having signed in August 2019, scoring once, after leaving SkyBet League Two side Macclesfield Town the season prior.

He started his career at Southend United and spent time out on loan as a youngster at Thurrock, Witham Town, Harlow Town and Tilbury whilst at the Shrimpers.

He left in 2013 and joined Bromley and spent time out on loan at Thamesmead Town and Cray Wanderers.

He spent two years at Havant & Waterlooville and then Staines Town before a prolific spell at Chelmsford City in the National League South where he scored 14 goals in 20 appearances, his form at the Clarets earning him a move to League Two side Forest Green Rovers and spent time out on loan at Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Last season he was at Maidstone United and then Dagenham & Redbridge before moving to the Silkmen.
