Grant Returns to Shots on Loan

Aldershot Town have re-signed Reece Grant from Vanarama National League rivals Dagenham & Redbridge on an initial loan deal until April 25th.

The 25-year-old joined Dagenham from The Shots in June 2019 for an undisclosed fee.

He had signed for the Shots from then-league rivals Braintree Town after his goals helped them win promotion back into the National League from the National League South.

He scored 5 goals in 15 games for the Iron in 2018/19 ahead of joining Aldershot in November 2018 and scored in their play-off final victory over Hampton & Richmond Borough the previous season.

He has a wealth of non-League experience having also represented Northwood, Wealdstone, AFC Hayes, Hillingdon Borough, Uxbridge, Heybridge Swifts and Kingstonian.
