Since arriving in November, Hickman has made an instant impact and has swiftly becoming a fans favourite at the Victoria Ground in the process.

The full back has impressed immensely in a Sporting shirt, including bagging a brace of man of the match awards in his first two games, which led to him being named player of the month for November.

Manager Brendan Kelly told http://bromsgrovesporting.co.uk: “Jak has settled extremely well at the club and made new friends in the process. He is well liked by everyone at the club and he has shown me that he has a very good attitude.

“Yes, he is known for something that happened in his past, but since he has been with us, he has been a pleasure to work with and, most importantly, he is a very good player, who will only get better”.
