Maltby Main Make Axcell`s Role More Permanent

Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division club Maltby Main have announced that interim manager Louis Axcell has agreed to take on the role on a permanent basis until at least the end of next season.

Axcell took over in October 2019.

The decision to appoint him on a more permanent basis was backed by all of the club`s committee and more and is reward for a good record of wins and points the team have picked up.

Main have only lost one away game since Axcell started and have put themselves in a healthier top seven spot looking up.

Axcell told https://www.maltbymainfc.co.uk: "Thank you all for the positive comments.

"I’m over the moon to take up the position permanently, we are a fantastic club and I can assure you I’ll do everything I can to try and keep us improving.

"Thank you all for the time and effort you put in to enable us to do what we do".
