The
28-year-old made the step up with Guiseley in May 2019 from BetVictor Northern
Premier League Division One North West side Brighouse Town.
He
was a prolific scorer with Brighouse, netting 30 goals in 42 games in 2018/19.
He also picked up the player and players` of the year awards as well as top
goalscorer in his first season with them.
From
the age of 8 he was with Sheffield United before moving on to the Barnsley
academy at the age of 12 and then later returning to the Blades.
He
joined Staveley Miners Welfare at the age of 17, spending a season there before
moving on to Handsworth Parramore.
He
then spent a season at Goole AFC before moving to Sheffield FC for a five-year
spell before he joined Brighouse.
Double
figures for goals by the end of August saw the Sheffield-born frontman was named
National League North player of the month and he went on to score 16 goals in
under 20 appearances before injury disrupted his first season at Nethermoor. |
