The club have thanked him and his coaching team for their great efforts and contribution over last two seasons and have wished them all the best in their future endeavours.

Herbert said: “I have resigned as manager of Sandhurst Town. It`s a top club and I loved my time there. Big thanks to chairman Tony Dean, the players, the coaching staff and all the volunteers who work so hard behind the scenes.

“With all the changes happening at the club, it felt the right time to step down. No doubt the club will be massively successful in the coming years”.
