Revell joined the Hunters in March as chairman Doug Mcllwain took steps to ensure the clubs survival in the UCL.

Revell was at the helm for two games starting with a 0-0 draw against Rushden & Higham United then a 2-0 win at home to high-flying Blackstones before the country entered Lockdown, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Revell comes to Town having represented local sides Eynesbury Rovers, Royston Town, and Potton United in a playing capacity before moving on to manage Bedfordshire County League side Cranfield United, leading them to a second-placed finish and two successful spells at Potton United.

Revell will be complemented by an experienced backroom team, including Kevin O’Sulivan and Graham Haggar, who all worked with Revell at Potton and Cranfield.

O’Sulivan is a former League of Ireland player and Haggar has had managerial experience with Royston Town.

Revell has also added to his medical team bringing in Nick Whitehouse, a sports therapist who has previously worked at Barnet and Histon.
