Kelly is a talented central midfielder who moved to Isthmian League Premier Division side Horsham in the summer of 2019 from Southern League Premier Division South outfit Walton Casuals.

His next game for Casuals will be his 100th as he left to join the Hornets stuck on 99 appearances.

A former Charlton Athletic scholar, Kelly joined Casuals in 2016 and was a member of the side that won promotion from the Isthmian League South in 2018, becoming a regular in last season’s side that played in the Southern League.

Kelly said: “I’m delighted to have joined Walton & Hersham. It’s no doubt a club with ambition and a great management team with a hunger to succeed. I’m looking forward to climbing the leagues together and doing it in style”.
