The 22-year-old joined The Exiles in the summer of 2017 on a two-year contract after impressing at Jamie Vardy’s V9 Academy and completing an impressive season with Brentwood Town where he scored 28 goals in just 36 starts, earning himself the player of the year award.
Formerly of Heybridge Swifts, Thurrock, Grays Athletic, Aveley and Barking, the pacey Reynolds created quite a bit of interest after his stint at the new academy set up by the Leicester City and England star.
Whilst with Newport, Reynolds contributed to memorable evenings at Roots Hall and Elland Road during the Carabao Cup campaign, scored his first professional goal against Cheltenham Town in the Checkatrade Trophy and made 10 League appearances without managing to find the net.
He also spent the latter part of last season on loan with the Daggers` league rivals Leyton Orient. |
