Banbury & Fleet FA Appeals Rejected
Banbury United and Fleet Town`s appeal against the decision of the FA to change their league allocation for 2018/19 have both been rejected.

Banbury were switched from the Evo-Stik Southern League South to the Southern League Central after Shaw Lane AFC`s recent sad demise and Andover Town`s decision to not take promotion.

Fleet were transferred from the Bostik League South Central to the Southern League East.

Fleet would have had derby games against the likes of Bracknell Town, Marlow and Egham Town but were switched to the Evo Stik Southern following the withdrawal of Andover.

It`s extremely unfortunate for Fleet in particular as they have had no less than SEVEN league changes in seventeen seasons.
