Williams spent last season playing in the Vanarama National League South with Weymouth.

The 32-year-old signed for the Terras in June 2019 from National League side Sutton United.

He was signed by the U`s from then-National League South outfit Torquay United in December 2018, initially on loan before signing a permanent contract in January 2019, scoring 3 goals in 22 games.

However, he wasn`t retained by Sutton`s new boss Matt Gray.

He re-joined Torquay from Bromley in January 2017, having spent the 2016/17 season at Plainmoor.

Originally with Eastleigh and Reading, before joining Torquay, he made his name during a prolific period with Aldershot Town where he scored 39 goals in 89 starts for the Shots before moves to Stevenage and Forest Green Rovers.

He had a loan spell with the Stags in 2009/10.
