The
`revolution` continues at Southern League Division One South club AFC Totton
with new manager Glenn Howes adding two more to his squad.
Following
the now well-worn path from Howes` previous club, Southern League Premier
Division South Blackfield & Langley, is left-back Ryan Oatley.
Oatley
signed for the Watersiders in September 2016 when he crossed the Solent to join
from Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier outfit Newport IoW.
He
had come through from Newport’s youth section into the senior squad which he
captained.
On
the opposite flank to Oatley will be right back George Colson (pictured), who joins the
Stags after taking a bit of time out of the game to focus on his Chiropractor
business.
The
26-year-old Isle of Wight-born defender started his career across the Solent
with Portsmouth, and it was whilst on the books at Fratton Park that he won
three Wales under-16 international caps.
Had
loan spells with Dorchester Town and Bashley whilst still on Pompey`s books and
then joined the latter on a more permanent basis upon his release from Fratton
Park in 2013.
He
signed for Southern Premier South club Salisbury in 2015 and was a regular with
the Whites before bringing a temporary halt to his playing career in October
2019.
