Five
of last season’s contract players have now extended their deal with `Marine - club
captain Mat Liddiard, Jamie Edge, Harry Williams, Martin Horsell and Conor
McDonagh, who was interesting several other clubs, including two from the Vanarama
National League South.
In
addition, the following players have committed to return to the WebbsWood
Stadium for the 2020/21: Henry Spalding, Michael Hopkins, Louis Spalding, Ryan
Campbell, Joe Shepherd, Calvin Dinsley and Brad Hooper.
And
Spalding has also agreed terms and striker Zack Kotwica, who has just left
National League North side Gloucester City.
The
24-year-old started his career with Cheltenham Town, for whom he made 35 League
appearances, scoring 2 goals.
Whilst
on the Robins` books, he spent time out on loan with Bishops Cleeve, Evesham
United, Cirencester Town and Gloucester before signing for the latter for the
first time in 2016.
He
left the Tigers for stints with Tamworth and Salisbury before re-joining
Gloucester midway through last season.
Meanwhile,
leaving Supermarine are Matt Williams, Stuart Fleetwood, Matt Coupe and George
Dowling, who has a couple of trials lined up with two Football League clubs.
