Following a successful season, Dickson guided a very young squad into a promotion position when the season was cut short due to Covid-19.

Club chairman Jamie Pollock said: “We had a fantastic 2019/20 season under Dave and the team was becoming a force to be reckoned with.

“Dave and I worked very well together and the club is in a very strong position moving forward.

“I know that Dave is very ambitious, and the expunging of the league hit him very hard.

“I know that Dave will be successful wherever he moves to and I wish him every success.”

Dickson said: “I have enjoyed my time with Synners immensely. It is a fantastic club with a strong history.

“Both myself and Jamie Pollock will keep in regular touch and I wish them all the very best for the future”.
