The
Peacocks have added a second striker in a week, with Hill joining Toby Holmes
at the Viridor Stadium for next season.
Hill (pictured) was released by Championship side Cardiff City after enduring an injury ravaged
two years, which saw him tear his ACL and undergo five operations.
The
former Wales under-19 international regained fitness at Christmas 2014 before
being released the following March.
He
was briefly with Welsh League side Goytre United but left after one game and
took the rest of last season off before joining Cinderford Town in the summer
of 2016.
He
moved to Weston-super-Mare in December 2016 where he remained until joining
Merthyr Town for the 2019/20 campaign.
Last
season saw the 25-year-old score 5 goals in 22 appearances for the Martyrs.
Midfielder
Lucas joins from league rivals Merthyr Town.
The
27-year-old was born in the valleys of South Wales.
He
came through Swansea City’s academy and played for the Swans` first team.
He
also played for Cheltenham Town and Motherwell before he suffered a knee injury
which kept him out of the game for a year.
He
joined the Martyrs in the summer of 2018.
