The 34-year-old moved to National League South side Maidstone United in May 2019 following his departure from Aldershot Town.

A product of Queens Park Rangers’ youth system, he made a handful of appearances at Loftus Road while also taking in loans at Hayes, AFC Wimbledon, Farnborough, Oxford United and Barnet.

A permanent move to Barnet followed before he joined Plymouth Argyle in 2011.

After a three-year stint in Devon, he returned to the south east, signing for Woking. He then joined Aldershot in 2016.
