....striker John Sands and David Cooper back to Recreation Way and add Jarid Robson to his squad.

Sands is a former Isthmian League Premier Division `golden boot` winner.

A prolific scorer wherever he has been, Sands first made his name with Mildenhall and then Bury Town before scoring goals for Canvey Island and briefly for Chelmsford City.

The 29-year-old arrived at Needham Market from King's Lynn Town after spending much of last season in The National League North at Boston United, having re-located to the Spalding area, and the campaign before at Leiston.

Attacking midfielder Jarid Robson joins Hall from Thurlow Nunn League Division One side Haverhill Borough

During Borough's promotion-winning term of 2016/17, Robson was their leading goalscorer, finding the back of the net on 24 occasions from 45 appearances.

And he followed that up last season by scoring a further nine goals from 35 outings in the Premier Division.

However, the former West Wratting player decided to move on following Borough`s demotion to Division One due to ground difficulties.

David Cooper returns to Hall from league rivals Bury Town.

The former Norwich City trainee first joined Mildenhall several years ago and went on to be a part of the squad that won the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division title in 2016/17 and back-to-back League Cup triumphs.

However, he moved to Bury last summer and featured on 41 occasions, helping the Blues to finish ninth in the table.
