Richardson joins the Blues from Isthmian League North side Aveley.

He had signed for Vanarama National League South outfit Braintree Town in June 2019 from Aveley before re-joining the Millers in late December 2019, where he played 10 games before lockdown.

He had originally joined the Millers ahead of the 2018/19 season from Brightlingsea Regent, who he helped win the Isthmian North title in the 2016/17 season.

He was instrumental in that title charge with 34 goals in 59 appearances which helped him secure a move to East Thurrock United, who were then in the National League South.

Ibe (pictured) joins from Essex Senior League side Walthamstow.

He gained plenty of higher-level experience with Thurrock and also turned out for Waltham Forest, Romford, Southend Manor, Canvey Island and, more recently, Redbridge.
