The tall, skillful forward brings plenty of experience and an eye for goal to the club from a host of previous clubs such as Durham City, Bishop Auckland Darlington and, recently West Auckland.

The club know just how good of a player Purewal is after he scored some crucial goals against the Hornets over the years - none more so than in the Buildbase FA Vase Fifth Round tie in season 2018/19.

Manager Kevin Bolam told the club`s website: “Amar will being added quality to us at top end of pitch and is a fantastic addition to the squad. He is versatile in attacking areas and can play wide on either side as well as being able to play as a number 9 or 10. He is a nice lad who has showed a real appetite to come and play for the club and he is a player we are all looking forward to working with”.
