Whilst appreciating the opportunity, Marsden felt it was the right time for to move on.

He told the club`s website: "I thoroughly enjoyed my two years at the club and wish the new management, players, volunteers and fans all the best and look forward to visiting Plantation Park as a supporter when the season finally starts."

Marsden did a fantastic job in his role as assistant manager, supporting manager Cedric Anselin in what was looking to be a promotion challenge.

Marsden was well respected by peers and players during his tenure and has the club`s sincere best wishes in whatever he decides to do next.
