James
Clark and Harrison Bayley have put pen-to-paper for Mark Bartley`s side.
Clark
joins from Southern League Premier Division South side Hayes & Yeading
United.
The
attacking midfielder or striker joined Hayes & Yeading in the summer of
2019 having closed out the previous campaign with Vanarama National League South
side Wealdstone.
Clark`s
early career saw him turn out for Thatcham Town and Didcot Town before he found
a regular place with Hungerford Town making around 200 appearances in four
seasons.
He
switched to Wealdstone last season in May 2018 and spent time at both Thatcham
and Marlow in 2018/19 on dual registration from the Stones.
Bayley (pictured) joins Marlow from Southern League Division One South outfit Thatcham Town, who
he joined just before Christmas 2019.
The
experienced 30-year-old midfielder re-signed for Thatcham from Isthmian South
Central side Bracknell Town, where he had been since the summer of 2018.
He
was virtually an ever-present at Thatcham in 2017/18, playing 58 times as they
won both the Hellenic League Premier and the FA Vase at Wembley.
Such
was his contribution, he was awarded the players’ player of the year award.
Prior
to Thatcham, he had a spell at Binfield having previously captained Highmoor-Ibis
(now Reading City). |
