Still only 23, Tingay leaves the Greens after becoming their longest serving player with 186 appearances to his name.

A talented player who is equally at home in defence and midfield, he originally signed for Hendon in August 2015 following his release from MK Dons.

He joined Vanarama National League South outfit St Albans City in June 2018 where things didn't work out and returned to the Greens in time for the start of the 2018/19 season.
