Forward
Ben Conway returns to Colls for a second spell.
The
Wiganer played a handful of games for Colls as a teenager in the pre-season of
2013, including a goal away to Norcross & Warbreck before heading to the USA
where he represented University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in Texas and
Oklahoma City Energy FC.
He
returned to Colls in 2018, making a massive impact and netting important goal
or two, before heading to New Zealand to play for Wainuiomata.
Midfielder
James Sigsworth also re-joins the club from North West Counties League side
West Didsbury & Chorlton.
He
joined West Didsbury in September 2019 from Ashton Town.
Sigsworth
played a decisive role during Colls’ debut season in the NPL Division One,
while also making appearances as they went on to become champions in 2018/19.
He
initially joined Ashton Town on loan, before making the move permanent towards
the back end of the 2018/19 campaign.
He
has also been with Daten FC.
Goalkeeper
Daniel Taberner (pictured) returns to Colls after spells with Prestwich Heys, Ramsbottom
United, Northwich Victoria and Cheadle Town.
He
previously played over 100 games for Colls after joining from Salford City in
2014.
He
started out at Rochdale and also played for Stockport (Woodley) Sports.
