The 22-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a one-year contract.

Djabi is well known to not only the Red Army, but also to head coach Nathan Rooney following their time at Fleetwood Town and the boss will be hoping Djabi can rediscover the form that took him to the fringes of a Football League debut.

Diabi told https://www.colnefootballclub.com: “I enjoyed my previous time at Colne but saw it as unfinished business. I had a few offers, but as soon as the gaffer made contact there was only one place I wanted to play. The fans are fantastic and the club has a real family feel about the place.”

Chairman Ryan Haigh added: “We are delighted to have secured Mama’s signature. The boy has real power and showed us his quality when he was here before. He’s turned down some big offers to be part of the project and that speaks volumes”.
