The 27-year-old is a highly-rated striker who lists Warrington Town, Colwyn Bay, Runcorn Linnets and Barnton amongst his other former clubs, and has had spells with Northcote City and Tamworth in Australia.

 

After departing Runcorn Town in the summer of 2017, Webb re-united with Simon Burton at City of Liverpool, finding the net 7 times in 18 appearances for the Purples before joining Widnes in February 2017.

 

Vics boss Steve Wilkes told his club`s website: "I've worked with Billy before when I was manager at Runcorn Linnets. He's very quick and direct and can play anywhere along the front line and even as a right-winger. Billy has a great appetite to succeed and I hope that he achieves success with us at Northwich Victoria".
